Someone Is Reading Sadie Right Now 💛

One of the strangest and most beautiful parts of publishing a book is realizing that, somewhere, someone you may never meet has opened your story and begun reading.

Today, I logged into my Kindle Direct Publishing dashboard and saw new Kindle Unlimited pages read for S.C.A.R.S. — S: Sadie.

It may only look like a few pages on a screen

Sadie has left my hands and entered someone else’s imagination.

Sadie is the first book in my five-book S.C.A.R.S. Series, following Sadie, Cia, Aria, Rain, and Spirit — five women connected by friendship, grief, loyalty, love, justice, and the truths they carry beneath the surface.

And while readers are beginning Sadie’s story, I’m already deep into Book Two: C — Cia.

One woman at a time. One truth at a time.

Thank you to everyone reading, sharing, following, and helping this little world grow. 💛

The women know one another deeply. But not completely. And that is where S.C.A.R.S. begins. More Than a Book Series S.C.A.R.S. started as a story. It became a world. Then it became something more personal for me: a combination of fiction and visual art built around the idea that women often carry entire histories beneath the version...
